Job description:
Caldic is conducting an internship for Engineers from varied streams.
Duties and obligations:
- Assist the crew in importing new distributors within the system as per procurement protocols
- Help in elevating & releasing Buy Orders (POs) and Work Orders in coordination with the procurement crew
- Assist in drafting contracts and agreements with service suppliers beneath supervision
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and distributors for well timed updates and documentation
- Take part in web site visits and coordinate with on-ground groups to observe venture progress
- Preserve information of venture actions, approvals, and correspondence
- Assist in monitoring venture milestones and getting ready common replace experiences
- Help in making certain compliance with security and operational tips throughout implementation
- Participate in crew conferences, vendor discussions, and evaluate calls
Necessities:
- Bachelor’s diploma – B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Sturdy communication and coordination expertise
- Fundamental data of MS Excel, Phrase, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to journey to web site often
- Curiosity in venture execution / plant operations / provide chain
