Place: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)
Duties and duties:
- Help senior service engineers in performing set up, commissioning, upkeep, and restore of mechanical tools at consumer websites.
- Help troubleshooting actions and root trigger evaluation for mechanical points reported by prospects.
- Coordinate with inside groups (design, spare elements, and technical assist) to resolve buyer complaints.
- Put together service and inspection studies, documentation, and suggestions after every website go to.
- Take part in technical coaching applications to achieve a deeper understanding of FIVES tools and aftersales processes.
- Help spare elements identification, citation preparation, and follow-up with shoppers.
{Qualifications} and expertise:
- Training: Bachelor’s diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-1 years of expertise
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical programs, drawings, and instruments
- Willingness to journey for subject assignments
- Good communication and interpersonal expertise
- Downside-solving perspective
- Most well-liked: Publicity to industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, or rotating tools (via internship or tutorial undertaking)
