This place is for Integration & Yield Engineer in GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ India heart at Bangalore, supporting 200 and 300mm wafer fabs in US, Singapore, and Germany. The candidate shall be liable for electrical characterization, yield evaluation, and manufacturing heaps disposition to drive product yield, line yield and manufacturing operations.
Job duties and tasks:
- Manufacturing Sustaining: Monitoring electrical efficiency tends, disposition of holds at electrical and type check, assist normal/pressing fab operational points, scrap investigation, evaluation for course of change evaluation boards

Qualification necessities:
