Abilities and expertise required:
- 2+ years of related circuit design expertise (for BSEE)
- 1+ years of related circuit design expertise (for MSEE)
- Expertise within the identification, design and verification of cells particularly focused to enhance core and SoC stage PPA
- In-depth understanding of MOSFET electrical traits, transistor stage gadget physics, PPA tradeoffs, format and variability particularly at 3nm and under expertise nodes
- Experience in transistor stage design of static circuits together with state retaining components equivalent to latches and flops
- Fingers-on growth of normal cell EDA view characterization, modeling and QA
- Expertise with customary cell characterization instruments and Spice circuit simulators
- Familiarity with scripting languages equivalent to Perl or Python
- Be keen to iteratively enhance designs and repeatedly try and develop options to tough issues
