Micron Expertise is in search of Analog Format Engineers.

Answerable for Format Design and improvement of vital analog, mixed-signal and customized digital blocks.
Carry out structure verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna, high quality checks and assist documentation.
Answerable for on-time supply of block-level layouts and acceptable high quality.
Taking over possession in space estimation, scheduling and execution to satisfy mission deadlines.
Capability to work carefully with the team-members and must be a very good group participant.

2 to five years of expertise in analog/customized structure design in superior CMOS and Finfet processes – in varied applied sciences and foundries ( starting from 16nm to 130nm ).
Experience in Cadence Virtuoso GXL / XL and DRC / LVS / Extraction ( Cadence / Mentor Graphics / Synopsys ) is a should.
Ought to have arms on expertise in creating structure of vital blocks similar to LDO, Bandgap, Ref Mills, Oscillator, and so on.,
Good understanding of Analog Format fundamentals (like – Matching, Electromigration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, energetic and passive parasitic gadgets and so on.)
Understanding structure results on the circuit similar to velocity, capacitance, energy,space, and so on.,
Capability to know design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
