- Interface with Provider High quality on provider associated defects. work with suppliers on RMA/RTV, drive Root trigger evaluation in opposition to half high quality Points.
- Guarantee compliance by Validation and Verification (V&V).
- Compliance to high quality administration methods & EHS in all actions.
- Determine and report any high quality or compliance considerations and take instant corrective motion as required.
- Gear Calibration Actions, Coordination with calibration companies and the periodic calibration full.
- Creation of Normal Working Procedures, launch & coaching to Manufacturing line operators.
- Root Trigger Evaluation in opposition to High quality Situation – CAPA Course of.
- Outline Incoming Acceptance Plan for Components.
- Engagement with Prospects to drive product high quality enchancment actions.
- Work on Lean Initiatives, Kaizen Implementation and so forth.…
- Attend Line Breakdown, drive fixes to reduce the manufacturing down time. Work with tools producers in establishing preventive controls or upkeep.
